Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MAUI AGEWAVE LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. MAUI AGEWAVE LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order of any amount.
Sales Taxes and Reseller Licenses
For all transactions between parties in Hawaii and MAUI AGEWAVE LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California, unless a copy of reseller license is provided and verified before the order is made. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, customs taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any country.
Typographical Errors
MAUI AGEWAVE LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, MAUI AGEWAVE LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MAUI AGEWAVE LLC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, MAUI AGEWAVE LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MAUI AGEWAVE LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment made. If your have already made the payment for the purchase and your order is canceled, MAUI AGEWAVE LLC shall immediately issue a full refund or a credit to you.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against MAUI AGEWAVE LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Children
MAUI AGEWAVE LLC does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use MAUI AGEWAVE LLC only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
